K Five General Contracting of Building Co. W.L.L is a fully owned subsidiary of Al- Rashed Group Holding Co. Kuwait. Our Company manufactures, distributes and sells expanded metal sheets and plastering accessories which is widely used by the building construction industry in Kuwait.<\/p>\n

We have been distributing the reputed Expamet UK products in Kuwait for over three decades and also acquired the license to manufacture these products in the year 2008. K5 further expanded its business line in 2019 and introduced new product range of C-channel, brackets and block work accessories.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\r\n

Our mission is to emerge as a market leader by providing locally manufactured building products of international standards and thereby contribute to the expanding Kuwait\u2019s construction industry. Equipped with a state of the art production line in our manufacturing facility and dedicated work force \u2013 we are able to cater to the market requirement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Through their investments in leading building materials producers in Kuwait, the Al-Rashed family is at\u00a0 the forefront of this fast expanding market sector. The rapid population growth is fuelling a high\u00a0 demand for housing, schools and other associated infrastructure. Unlike many other sectors in Kuwait,\u00a0 the construction market enjoys much higher private sector participation. Hotels, leisure, housing and\u00a0 commercial projects have been at the forefront of construction activity in Kuwait in recent years.\u00a0 Unlike other parts of the region this activity has been driven mainly by local requirements and not the\u00a0 more speculative touristic or investment based schemes seen in other parts of the region. This has\u00a0 resulted in a more consistent and sustainable growth level making Kuwait a more attractive\u00a0 construction market.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Al-Rashed Holdings recognizing this opportunity and in order to complement its direct investments in\u00a0 the large commodity manufacturers, it operates a managed buildings materials division focusing on\u00a0 specialist and technology based products supplied from reputable international company including\u00a0 Expamet UK.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A recent development, reflecting the ongoing commitment to this sector is the investment in a new\u00a0 manufacturing facility to locally produce expanded metal sheets, plastering accessories, C-Channels,\u00a0 brackets and block work Accessories in Kuwait.
